#4826 is a simple plain d-shaped flat style handle. It measures approx. 7 1/2" across the bottom and approx. 5 1/2" from top to bottom.
#4828 is a d-shaped flat style handle that has slits at the bottom. It measures approx. 10 1/4" across the bottom the slit measures approx. 7 1/2" across and the handles are approx. 6 1/2" from top to bottom.

Headers and plastic are all in good condition. Few scuffs/scratches on the packaging.
