Shop Policies

Refund policies:

1. A return/refund request must be made within 5 business days of delivery and sent back within 10 business days. after this, NO returns/refunds will be considered.

2. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, no refunds. 
If the buyer wants it back, they are responsible for shipping cost to mail it back to them.

3. No shipping is refunded nor do I pay the shipping to get the item back if I have sent you the correct item. 

4. When returning items, if the item comes back to me damaged in the mail or if the item is lost then no refund will be given. It will be up to the buyer to file an insurance claim with USPS to get their money back.

Shipping:

Items are mailed to the address on your Paypal account. No exceptions. So please be sure it is correct before submitting a payment.
The address you've entered will be the address printed on your postage label. If incorrect I am unable to change it.
